While Ryan Thomas, who played Jason Grimshaw on Corrie, simply commented a red love heart emoji.
It comes after Alan’s Coronation Street character Tyrone has been faced with drama in recent months when his long-long mother appeared.
Tyrone was stunned when he learned his mother was alive after years believing she was dead from a drug overdose, and furiously confronted his grandmother Evelyn (Maureen Lipman) for lying about her existence.

Shock: Tyrone was stunned when he learned his mother Cassie (Claire Sweeney) was alive after years believing she was dead from a drug overdose
Cassie returned to Weatherfield, determined to get clean so she could reconnect with her son, leading Tyrone and Evelyn to believe she’d beaten her drug addiction.
Insisting she was clean, Cassie did her best to isolate Tyrone away from Evelyn, and insisted she come and stay with him, but it later emerged that she was hiding a box of nerve pain medication pregabalin, which she claimed she’d given up.
However, fans have complained that Claire Sweeney was miscast as Cassie when she first made her appearance on the show.
